2. Overview

This website is a static information page. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising tools. The only cookie is a technically necessary one ("lang") that stores your language if you switch it manually; it is kept for one year. Otherwise the page is shown in your browser's language, and we do not load content from third-party servers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical data that your browser transmits automatically (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and efficient provision of this website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.

4. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your enquiry including the personal data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. We delete the data once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply. E-mails are processed via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Cyprus the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
